During the proposal discussion, we will share our initial advice and recommendations with you.

Together, we will discuss and collaboratively review each recommendation in detail, taking the necessary time to address any questions or concerns you may have. After carefully considering your feedback and incorporating your views into the proposal, we will finalise the next steps and agree on a clear course of action. Once confirmed, we will move forward with implementing the agreed plan.

We then move forward to the implementation stage of our recommendations.

You’ll be provided with convenient online access, allowing you to easily track progress and stay updated between scheduled reviews. Additionally, our team will always be available to guide you through each step and address any queries you might have.

Once implementation has been successfully completed, we’ll confirm this with you and provide full documentation and comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident with the changes made. At this stage, you will also have the opportunity to share your feedback on the service—your views are highly valued as we continually look to improve and enhance the quality of our support.
